What is an Old Venom Action Figure with Multiple Heads Called?

My keep quiet had an old Venom action figure that had like 5 or 6 heads or something. He can't remember what it was called. I am frustrating to find him one as a gift, but I have no idea what I am looking for and there are SO MANY different Venom action figures.
